Welcome to GreatHost. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

GreatHost provides cloud hosting solutions, including game servers (Minecraft, Valheim, etc.), VPS hosting, and web hosting services, powered by eco-friendly infrastructure.

2.1 Account Creation

To use our services, you must register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use GreatHost services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our infrastructure. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Hosting malicious content (malware, phishing, etc.)
• Engaging in DDoS attacks or network abuse
• Mining cryptocurrencies on our servers
• Violating intellectual property rights

3.1 Coin System

GreatHost operates on a pre-paid coin system. Users purchase coins which are then consumed daily by active services. One Euro (€1.00) is approximately equivalent to 100 coins, subject to package pricing.

3.2 Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally, purchases of coins are non-refundable once they have been used or partially used. If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact support immediately.

3.3 Service Suspension

If your coin balance reaches zero, your paid services will be suspended within 24 hours. Suspended servers are retained for 7 days before being permanently deleted. Data recovery is not possible after permanent deletion.

GreatHost offers free hosting plans subject to specific limitations:

• Renewal: Free servers require manual renewal every 12 hours.
• Inactivity: Failure to renew results in suspension and subsequent deletion after 7 days.
• Limits: Users are limited to a maximum of 3 free servers per account.
• Resource Usage: Free plans have lower resource caps compared to paid plans.

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for all our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, hardware failures, or force majeure events may cause temporary downtime. GreatHost is not liable for any data loss or business interruption resulting from service outages.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We respect your data rights and process information in accordance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR).

GreatHost reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
