We've been working on something that changes the way you interact with your hosting panel. Today, we're launching GreatHost Assistant — an AI agent embedded directly into the GreatHost dashboard, designed to handle the tasks that usually slow you down.
No external chat widgets. No third-party bots. Just a native assistant that knows your account, understands your infrastructure, and acts on your behalf.
What Problem Does It Solve?
Traditional hosting support follows a well-known pattern: you run into an issue, you open a ticket, you wait. Meanwhile, your deployment is stalled, your client is waiting, and you're refreshing your inbox.
GreatHost Assistant breaks that cycle. Instead of routing requests through a support queue, the assistant handles them inline — interpreting your intent, querying your account data in real time, and executing actions directly from the same interface you're already working in.
